These workshops are run full-day on weekend for the benefits of those who can’t join a regular weekly class. While most of these workshops are style-based, we make sure the session always start with warm-up and preliminary drills such as stretching, footwork, stepping and squatting (行功)）as well as standing postures (桩功)）.

1-to-1 sessions offer a great opportunity for students to fine-tune their learning and to add more depth to their personal learning and practice.

Other bonuses include tailor-made programmes to suit individual needs of the student and great flexibility with regard to time schedule and training location.

Sessions start from £25/hr. Discount for longer sessions or block bookings.
